Cevea’s highest authority is the Annual Meeting at which the Council of Representatives is elected. The primary task of the Council of Representatives is to appoint the executive board.
The Council of Representatives consists of 28 members:
- 6 members that are elected among and by the individual members on the Annual Meeting.
- 6 members that are appointed by the collective representatives at the Annual Meeting.
- 6 members that are appointed by the executive board in advance of the Annual Meeting.
The executive board consists of 5 to 9 members and is responsible for Cevea’s economy and for setting target objectives. The executive board selects the executive director who is in charge of the daily management in cooperation with the secretariat at the office.
The secretariat at Cevea consists of four departments:

- Communication and Publication
